Photoshop 7.0 Splashes

Are you tried of seeing the same start-up screen for Photoshop every time you open the application? The following are all premade splashes that can replace that boring old Photoshop 7.0 start-up screen. Please make sure you have a program that can extract .zip files.

Note: Follow the instructions below and in the package. Hyuu Designs' will not be held responsible for any loss of the original splash or if your Photoshop will no longer start up.

Instructions

  1. Create a back-up of your original PSViews.dll (Located in the root Adobe Photoshop 7.0 folder) by copying and pasting the file in another folder.
  3. Extract the .zip file using a program such as Winzip. Inside there should be two files: PSViews.dll and Instructions.txt. Replace the old .DLL file with this new PSViews.dll by copying and pasting the file into the Adobe Photoshop 7.0. folder.
  4. Do not edit the PSViews.dll file.
  5. These splashes have been created and designed for Photoshop 7.0 only. Do not use them for any other version.
